One-on-One Personal Training

Quick Start & Program Design

After three personal training sessions with Lora, you will receive a tailored program that will include pictures, sets, reps, and detailed descriptions of movement patterns to assist you in your independent workouts.

Club Without Walls

Meet your fitness goals faster than ever before with this one of a kind class! This all inclusive class is taught by one of the few “Certified Outdoor Action Fitness” personal trainers: Lora Lee. Experience for yourself why this Club Without Walls program is being called one of the best and most unique workouts ever. This full-body training incorporates muscular strength and endurance, cardio conditioning, mind-body integration with a passion for training outdoors! You’ll enjoy the one on one attention you receive with personal training, coupled with the motivation of working with a small group. Expect to burn a ton of calories, have fun, and leave feeling better than you ever imagined!

$20.00 per class

Couples and Small Group Programs

Developed for gym, home, and outdoor training. A buddy system proves to support your enjoyment and consistency.

The price of these sessions is the same as the personal training prices listed above. The cost of each session is divided by the number of participants (i.e. a $60.00 session would be $20.00 if there are three people training together).
